On January 17, 2008, the roof fell in. With no warning at all, I was fired! My job as a sales coach for the largest real estate training organization in the world was suddenly over. Bruce Keith's book is simple and brillant. Commission sales can be a lonely business with many ups and downs. I find reading one of the sales tips each morning helps keep me centered and on course. The book is filled with basics that we all need to be reminded of and put into practice. NEXT...such a simple but important word. Thank you Bruce.
The book is full of golden nuggets from a seasoned veteran in the business. It covers everything from lead generation, to working with your COI, Buyers, Sellers and managing your business. I keep it by my desk and read a few pages everyday to keep me on track.
I recently purchased sales material, including the book, from Bruce Keith. It has reminded me to ask more questions when speaking with past clients and prospects and to focus on the answers as they tell me their full story. With renewed motivation, inspired by this book alone, I have listed a past clients condominium and watched it go into escrow within a week of the listed date. In addition, I had the opportunity to write an offer for a past prospect, on a high end home, which also just went into escrow. There are pearls to be gained by reading these pages!
